Our elderly care physiotherapists provide specialist services to care homes. We aim to maximise independence, improve function & mobility and prevent falls.

Our highly skilled neurological physiotherapists are providing expert neurological rehabilitation at home. Neurological rehabilitation for conditions including brain and spinal cord injury, stroke, GBS, FND, MS

Our specialist physiotherapists can provide wheelchair & seating assessments. We can also assess for equipment needs, mobility aids & adaptations around the home to improve safety.

Our specialist paediatric physiotherapists are able to see your child of any age in their own home or at school or nursery. Some conditions we treat include neuromuscular conditions, neurological conditions, developmental delay, orthopaedic conditions, genetic conditions.

Our specialist learning disability physiotherapist is highly experienced in treating children & adults with learning disabilities. She can see children and adults at home, in the pool or wherever they wish in order to maximise results. Trained in hydrotherapy, rebound therapy & Bobath trained in Cerebral Palsy.

Our specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapists can assess and treat a wide range of joint and muscle conditions & sports injuries for both adults and children. Helping you to restore function and reduce pain.

Expert orthopaedic rehabilitation in your own home. Offering physiotherapy pre and post surgery to help you get back on your feet quickly. Providing advice on walking aids and equipment.

Your home visiting physiotherapist will be carefully selected based on your needs.

On the first visit, a comprehensive assessment will be completed. This includes questions around:

  • Medical history

  • Health & social concerns

  • Difficulties you are experiencing

  • Pain assessment

  • Goal setting and aims of treatment

  • Mobility indoor or outdoor

  • Strength & balance

  • Joint and muscle range

  • Functional abilities

  • Tone & flexibility

This helps to guide our thorough physical examination which is completed after. Depending on your needs, your physiotherapist may want to assess:

  • Posture

  • Falls assessment

  • Movement analysis

  • Equipment

  • Developmental milestones (children)

We complete an extensive assessment to allow us to devise a personalised treatment plan to suit you to maximise your recovery.
