Kerry Holloway

Kerry has an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Leeds Metropolitan University, later qualifying from Cardiff University ( formerly UWCM) in 2006 following the accelerated programme for a BSc in Physiotherapy. 

Kerry began her Physiotherapy career in Bristol working for a Primary Care Trust gaining experience in musculoskeletal skills, inpatient rehabilitation, intermediate care services to support hospital discharges and admission avoidance.

Since 2013, she has worked for an NHS community rehabilitation team in Dorset. She has a special interest in, and knowledge of falls, frailty, gait analysis and rehab, elderly rehab (post illness, admission or surgery) including fractures and orthopaedic surgery.  

She has a wealth of experience offering holistic physiotherapy assessments and treatments to clients in their own homes and care facilities across Poole and Bournemouth. She enjoys working with clients to achieve their individual goals, for example to remain living safe and well in their own homes or becoming more active and improving strength, balance and mobility. 

Her problem solving skills and friendly nature combined with many years of experience in guided exercise and rehabilitation programmes have resulted in positive outcomes for a wide ranging client group over her career. 

When she is not working, Kerry likes to keep active by running, playing badminton or walking her dog, preferably at the beach. She is also kept busy and active with her young children on bike rides, multitude of sports clubs and even skiing holidays.
