Abi qualified 19 years ago as a Physiotherapist and is also a level 3 qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Abi has worked in many areas of physiotherapy with her main passions including learning disabilities, persistent pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder, and neurological conditions including Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy as well as many less known conditions. Abi is also Bobath trained in Cerebral Palsy as well as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.

She has also worked in Wheelchair Services in specialist seating for complex conditions and is able to support individuals and their carers with 24 hour postural care and sleep seating systems.

Abi likes to get to know her clients well and what values and passions they have. This helps to enable a personalised therapy approach and maximises rehabilitation potential. Abi can see you at home, in the gym or in the pool and wants to meet you where you will thrive the best.

Abi is a Wife, a Mother, a Grandmother and a dog Mum to a beautiful rescue collie from Romania. She love walks, the beach, holidays, the gym and is the captain of a netball team for over 40’s. She prides herself in being a bit “Neurospicy” with a diagnosis herself of ADHD. She feels this helps her to think outside the box and be a little more imaginative in her physiotherapy approach.

She understands life’s ups and downs and the impact it has on health and wellbeing.
