Our team uniquely continues to work within paediatric services at University Hospitals Dorset alongside their private practice — meaning your child is treated by physiotherapists actively working at the forefront of paediatric care.

We work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals involved in your child's care, and can help navigate the wider system to make sure nothing falls through the gaps.
Children aren't small adults — and paediatric physiotherapy requires a very different approach. The right therapist needs to understand child development, know how to engage children of all ages and abilities, and have the skills to make sessions feel less like treatment and more like play.
Our paediatric physiotherapists work with children from birth to 18, bringing specialist experience across a wide range of conditions and settings.
