How Does Our 3 Step Process Work?
1. Free Phone Consultation
Call us today on 07384 590177 to discuss your needs and to find out if physiotherapy will be suitable for you. We will advise if we think other services would be more appropriate and how to source these.
Discussing concerns prior to your first visit, helps us to determine your needs and obtain a good picture of what may be required for your visit and which specialist therapist will be best suited for you.
2. Comprehensive Home Assessment
On your first visit, your therapist will complete a detailed initial assessment in your own home or care home in Southampton at a suitable time for you.
They will provide a comprehensive assessment to find out your individual needs and concerns followed by a physical examination. This may include looking at your walking, balance, strength, flexibility, function and movement as well as any other issues that have been identified. Specialising in high quality, home physiotherapy, occupational therapy & rehabilitation, we are dedicated to helping you reach your therapy goals.
A tailored treatment plan will be devised to suit each individual, taking into account all areas of concern and well-being. Physiotherapy & occupational therapy can make enormous changes in improving someone’s quality of life and mental well-being as well as improving physical function.
3. Your Recovery Journey
If you need follow up therapy visits, we can provide regular sessions combining hands-on therapy with targeted exercises designed to help you to reach your goals. As you progress, we will adapt your exercises and change your treatment programme as needed and to suit what matters to you. You can have as little or as many sessions are you like/need.
Guided Physiotherapy appointments in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
