T has a degree in Science and following this went on to study an MSc in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University. He has also studied at Bournemouth University and the Health Sciences University completing master's modules in advanced physiotherapy practice. 

He has worked in the NHS for 12 years working across areas including paediatrics, orthopaedics, elderly care, intensive care and musculoskeletal health. During this time he has also worked privately in community rehabilitation and across a diverse array of different sports disciplines including working with the junior British Sailing team and some of the Irish Olympic athletes prior to the Rio Olympics. 

T is passionate about helping people manage chronic conditions and problems that arise from deteriorating health. He has presented at national conferences about the benefits of exercise in the management of arthritic pain. He feels that with guidance people can be empowered to make positive changes to their health, reduce their pain and restore their confidence so they can get back to doing the things that matter to them. 

T also works as a shoulder specialist physiotherapist at Southampton Hospital and a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) in Dorset GP Surgeries.

When he is not working he enjoys spending time with family and going climbing and mountaineering.
