Debbie Richards - MSCP BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC. AACP foundation course.
CLINICAL DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Debbie qualified from the University of the West of England in 2012 with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy.
She has worked in a wide variety of clinical settings including elderly care, accident and emergency, musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, respiratory, intensive care, community rehabilitation and now specialises in private practice.
Debbie started her career in Gloucester Hospital before working in a number of hospitals to gain further experience including Wimborne, Poole, Plymouth and Torbay. Debbie specialised in older people care within an acute and a community setting before focussing on private practice.
Debbie is also qualified in Western-based medical acupuncture and completed her training with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
Debbie is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to her clients to ensure the best results are achieved.
Debbie specialises in older people physiotherapy and rehabilitation, providing a holistic approach to understanding and addressing age related conditions. She aims to improve confidence, reduce falls, improve balance and mobility issues whilst also having fun!
When Debbie is not working she enjoys running, spending time with her family, and attending the local athletics club with her children.
Fun Fact- When Debbie went travelling, she completed a sky dive and bungy jump in New Zealand. She is also proud to have spent time in London with the Olympic Athletes in 2012.

Tighearnach O Murchu (T). - MSCP BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, PG Cert, HCPC
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND FIRST CONTACT PRACTITIONER (FCP)
T has a degree in Science and following this went on to study an MSc in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University. He has also studied at Bournemouth University and the Health Sciences University completing master's modules in advanced physiotherapy practice.
He has worked in the NHS for 11 years working across areas including paediatrics, orthopaedics, elderly care, intensive care and musculoskeletal health. During this time he has also worked privately in community rehabilitation and across a diverse array of different sports disciplines including working with the junior British Sailing team and some of the Irish Olympic athletes prior to the Rio Olympics.
T is passionate about helping people manage chronic conditions and problems that arise from deteriorating health. He has presented at national conferences about the benefits of exercise in the management of arthritic pain. He feels that with guidance people can be empowered to make positive changes to their health, reduce their pain and restore their confidence so they can get back to doing the things that matter to them.
T also works as a shoulder specialist physiotherapist at Southampton Hospital and a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) in Dorset GP Surgeries.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with family and going climbing and mountaineering.

Louise Bone - MCSP BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC.
SENIOR NEUROLOGICAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Louise Qualified from Bournemouth University in 2013 and proceeded to commence working life in an acute hospital. After working across a range of setting including A&E and admission avoidance wards, Intensive Care units, Trauma and Orthopaedic, Respiratory, Musculoskeletal, Stroke and Older Persons and Medical wards.
Louise’s passion for rehabilitation moved her to Southampton where she worked across both inpatient and community neurological rehabilitation settings. This led her into private rehabilitation services, and now working within private community-based rehabilitation. Louise’s desire for individuals to maximise their life opportunities and gain progress towards meaningful goals is best completed within the home environment.
Louise has completed training in Pilates based rehabilitation, including with a particular focus on adapting to neurologically impaired client groups. Additional courses include spasticity management and casting, as well as vestibular rehabilitation. Louise is able to to support clients to reduce risk of falls, managing their spasticity, advise on splinting, review and devise positioning plans to support comfort as well as complete exercise programs to progress towards collaborative goals.
Outside of work Louise enjoys spending time with family and her animals, which in turn led her to working towards her Veterinary Physiotherapy MSc.
Louise is a specialist neurological physiotherapist providing home visits in Southampton, Romsey and Salisbury for individuals with neurological conditions.

Abi Ledden - MCSP BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC
SENIOR NEUROLOGICAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST. SEND, LEARNING DISABILITIES, CEREBRAL PALSY, PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST.
Abi qualified 19 years ago as a Physiotherapist and is also a level 3 qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor.
Abi has worked in many areas of physiotherapy with her main passions including learning disabilities, persistent pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder, and neurological conditions including Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy as well as many less known conditions. Abi is also Bobath trained in Cerebral Palsy as well as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
She has also worked in Wheelchair Services in specialist seating for complex conditions and is able to support individuals and their carers with 24 hour postural care and sleep seating systems.
Abi likes to get to know her clients well and what values and passions they have. This helps to enable a personalised therapy approach and maximises rehabilitation potential. Abi can see you at home, in the gym or in the pool and wants to meet you where you will thrive the best.
Abi is a Wife, a Mother, a Grandmother and a dog Mum to a beautiful rescue collie from Romania. She love walks, the beach, holidays, the gym and is the captain of a netball team for over 40’s. She prides herself in being a bit “Neurospicy” with a diagnosis herself of ADHD. She feels this helps her to think outside the box and be a little more imaginative in her physiotherapy approach.
She understands life’s ups and downs and the impact it has on health and wellbeing.

Kerry Holloway - BSc ( Hons) Physiotherapy HCPC
SENIOR ELDERLY CARE PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Kerry has an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Leeds Metropolitan University, later qualifying from Cardiff University ( formerly UWCM) in 2006 following the accelerated programme for a BSc in Physiotherapy.
Kerry began her Physiotherapy career in Bristol working for a Primary Care Trust gaining experience in musculoskeletal skills, inpatient rehabilitation, intermediate care services to support hospital discharges and admission avoidance.
Since 2013, she has worked for an NHS community rehabilitation team in Dorset. She has a special interest in, and knowledge of falls, frailty, gait analysis and rehab, elderly rehab (post illness, admission or surgery) including fractures and orthopaedic surgery.
She has a wealth of experience offering holistic physiotherapy assessments and treatments to clients in their own homes and care facilities across Poole and Bournemouth. She enjoys working with clients to achieve their individual goals, for example to remain living safe and well in their own homes or becoming more active and improving strength, balance and mobility.
Her problem solving skills and friendly nature combined with many years of experience in guided exercise and rehabilitation programmes have resulted in positive outcomes for a wide ranging client group over her career.
When she is not working, Kerry likes to keep active by running, playing badminton or walking her dog, preferably at the beach. She is also kept busy and active with her young children on bike rides, multitude of sports clubs and even skiing holidays.

Elli Higgins - BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC
SENIOR NEUROLOGICAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST. SENIOR PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST.
Elli qualified from Plymouth university in 2017 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She completed junior rotations within adult MSK, respiratory, community Neuro, elderly care and Neuro rehab. Elli then specialised in Neurotherapy within the NHS, gaining experience working within stroke and acute Neuro rehab settings treating patients with a range of neurological conditions including acquired brain, spinal cord injuries, Gillian barre syndrome and functional neurological disorder.
Elli now works within a paediatric setting in the NHS treating children with long term conditions such as cerebral palsy, genetic conditions and neuromuscular conditions, as well as seeing children with acute injuries including acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
She also has experience providing hydrotherapy to both children and adults with a variety of neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Elli has a passion for rehabilitation, and enjoys working with both children and adults to inspire confidence and support people to reach their personal goals.
Outside of work she loves to be outdoors, particularly enjoying a beach walk, sea dip or paddle board. She has also worked in a number of voluntary roles, including working with Riding for Disabled Association and Special Olympics.

Cathy Worboys - MSCP BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapist, HCPC
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Cathy qualified in 1997 from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc. (Hons) Occupational Therapy
She began her career at St George’s Hospital, London gaining experience in a variety of settings. Cathy moved back to Dorset in 2001 after travelling and has worked in NHS community rehabilitation services since. She has over 20 years’ experience in providing rehabilitation for patients with complex long-term conditions where deconditioning has affected functional independence in Activities of Daily Living. (ADLS)
She has extensive knowledge and skills in neurological conditions including Stroke and Parkinson’s and is able to provide physical and cognitive neurological rehabilitation. She has a special interest in contracture management and has experience in neurological splinting of the upper limb.
As an Occupational therapist she has a particular passion for wellbeing, improving quality of life and supporting patients to live well with their conditions. She can offer support with anxiety, lifestyle management, pacing and fatigue management and likes to use functional activity as well as exercise as part of her rehabilitation programmes.
Cathy has also worked extensively with falls. She can offer practical solutions to activities, environmental assessments, advice on equipment provision and manual handling in addition to exercise provision.
Cathy still loves to travel and is always planning her next trip, she is married with children and has a busy home life. She values wellbeing and creates balance by enjoying yoga, swimming and lengthy dog walks on our beautiful Jurassic coast.

Emily Graham - MSCP BSc (Hons), HCPC
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Emily is an experienced physiotherapist with over 12 years of practice in both hospital and community settings. She has worked across a wide range of specialities including elderly care, stroke, trauma and orthopaedics, rheumatology, critical care, musculoskeletal, respiratory and surgical care.
Emily now specialises in oncology rehabilitation, helping people regain independence and confidence in daily life.
Having seen the positive impact of community-based rehabilitation throughout her career, Emily is looking forward to focusing her work in this area. She is passionate about supporting older adults to stay active, safe, and independent in their own homes, and values the opportunity to provide truly personalised care in a familiar environment.
Emily enjoys keeping active through walking, gym sessions and wild swimming, and believes in the importance of movement for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Katie Angeloni - BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC. AACP foundation course.
SENIOR MUSCULOSKELETAL, ORTHOPAEDIC & WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST.
PILATES INSTRUCTOR- PRE & POST NATAL, CHAIR PILATES FOR OLDER ADULTS.
Katie is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in both orthopaedics and women’s health. With over 15 years of experience working across NHS and private settings, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and regain function in everyday life.
Her background includes extensive work in orthopaedic rehabilitation, supporting patients pre- and post-surgery, from hip replacements to limb reconstruction and shoulder injuries to major trauma, as well as managing long-term conditions such as arthritis and back pain. Alongside her MSK work, Katie specialises in women’s health physiotherapy - providing expert support for issues such as postnatal recovery, pelvic health, pelvic pain and hormonal wellbeing.
In addition to her physiotherapy work, Katie is a trained advanced Pilates instructor with specialist training in pre- and postnatal Pilates, chair Pilates for older adults, and rehabilitation-focused Pilates. Katie has a passion for helping people re-gain their strength and confidence after challenges including recovering from an illness, post surgery or following a fall. She is also a qualified acupuncturist and a scar specialist, helping people recover from scars related to surgery, injury, and childbirth—including C-sections, joint replacements, and abdominal surgery.
Katie is passionate about empowering people to move with confidence and independence at all stages of life. Her holistic, person-centred approach ensures that every treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, and needs. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, suffered a new acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or navigating physical changes after childbirth, Katie is here to help you feel your best.

Carly Walker - MSCP BSc (Hons) HCPC, pilates trained.
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
After completing a sports and exercise science degree I went on to qualify as a physiotherapist in 2010.
At the beginning of my career I worked in a variety of clinical settings within the nhs including respiratory and intensive care, elective and acute orthopaedics, msk outpatients and elderly care. I continued my career focusing more on msk outpatients before specialising for the past 10 years in paediatrics. I work specifically with children with msk, orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions. My work has also involved seeing children with neurological and genetic conditions.
I have worked in several nhs hospitals including Poole, Yeovil and Southampton. I have also worked in private and sports settings, working with semi professional football teams and gymnasts.
I have competed my Pilates training enabling me to use these skills as another form of rehabilitation as well as conducting group classes.

SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Emily studied a bachelor’s degree in biology, before going on to study MSc Rehabilitation Science, graduating in 2017. Emily started her career within the NHS, working in a wide range of specialities to enhance her knowledge and clinical skills. These included elderly care rehabilitation, musculoskeletal outpatients, surgical wards, respiratory wards, ITU, orthopaedics, acute and hyper acute stroke units and community neurology.
Emily currently works as neuro-medical physiotherapist within the community. Emily understands the importance of providing a holistic rehabilitation approach, centred around the client’s own goals, and within an environment which is meaningful to the client. She does this through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating specialist interventions, to help patients towards their goals. She believes this will empower clients to understand and self-manage their condition, increasing their function, independence and overall quality of life. She aims to do this in a fun and engaging way, which is personalised and meaningful. Emily can support clients who experience a range of problems including balance, coordination, weakness, fatigue, impaired walking, spasticity, contractures or pain.
When not working, Emily is kept busy by her young family. But also enjoys sailing, running and cycling.
Fun fact: in her younger days Emily was a keen footballer who played for Chelsea Ladies before playing in America.
